Privacy Policy

1. Information Stored on Your Device

All of the following is stored in the app's private internal storage and is never transmitted to anyone, including the developer. Other apps cannot access it either.

• Photos you take: photo files taken in the app and their capture times.
• Photo notes: notes attached to each photo (up to 3 per photo), typed by you or filled in by text recognition.
• Shutter settings: shutter names, emojis, retention periods, options such as gallery saving and silent shooting, and their order.
• Parking space info: parking space names you created (e.g., Basement 3, Zone B) and parking times.
• App settings: preferences such as theme, notification usage, and auto-launch usage.

2. On-Device Text Recognition (OCR)

The feature that reads text in photos (for the parking and Wi-Fi shutters, etc.) and pre-fills notes runs via Google ML Kit's on-device processing. Neither the photo nor the recognized text ever leaves your device during recognition.

3. Usage Analytics

To improve the app, we collect the following usage records via Firebase Analytics. Photos, note contents, and parking space names are never included.

• Screen views and app launch paths (widget, quick settings tile, lock screen, etc.)
• Names and emojis of shutters used, and whether camera features such as silent shooting, timer, flash, and zoom were used
• Whether text recognition succeeded and the number of characters recognized (the text itself is not collected)
• Whether actions such as saving, copying, or sharing notes occurred
• Onboarding progress, app version, device model, OS version, and other basic information Firebase collects automatically

Since shutter names can be changed by you, we recommend not putting personal information in shutter names.

4. Purposes of Processing

• Storing, viewing, searching, and auto-deleting photos and notes you take
• Providing per-shutter after-capture behavior (gallery saving, silent shooting, note entry, retention period)
• Recording parking spaces and providing parking time reminders
• Detecting car Bluetooth disconnection, then notifying and auto-launching the camera
• Operating the home screen widget, quick settings tile, and lock screen shortcut
• Improving the app by analyzing feature usage and drop-off points

5. Retention and Deletion

• Photos are deleted automatically once the retention period set per shutter (from 30 minutes to 30 days) has passed.
• You can delete photos yourself in the album; deleting everything requires biometric authentication.
• Uninstalling the app deletes the photos, notes, shutter settings, and parking space info stored on the device.
• Photos you saved to the gallery or shared to other apps are outside the app's control and must be deleted in those apps separately.

6. Third Parties and External Services

The app does not sell your information and does not provide your photos or notes to third parties. To operate the service, it uses the external services below.

• Google Firebase Analytics: collecting and analyzing usage statistics
• Google ML Kit: text recognition in photos (on-device, no transmission)
• Google Play In-App Review · In-App Updates: review prompts and update notices

These services process data under their own privacy policies. If Android backup (Google account backup) is enabled on your device, app data may be included in your own Google account backup. That backup is stored in your account and the developer cannot access it.

7. Permissions

• Camera: used to take photos. Active only on the capture screen.
• Notifications: used for car disconnection notices and parking time reminders.
• Bluetooth (connect): used to detect when the car's Bluetooth connection is lost. Calls and audio content are never accessed.
• Alarms & reminders: used to deliver parking time reminders at the scheduled time.
• Boot completed: used to keep scheduled reminders after the device restarts.
• Full-screen notifications: used to open the camera immediately when the car disconnects.
• Biometric authentication: used to confirm irreversible actions such as deleting all photos. Biometric data is handled by the Android system; the app only receives whether authentication succeeded.
• Internet · network state: used to send usage statistics and check for app updates.

8. Information We Do Not Collect

The app does not collect location data (GPS), names, phone numbers, email addresses, contacts, call content, text messages, microphone recordings, or photos already in your device's gallery. Parking locations are recorded not with location data but only with photos you take and notes you enter.

9. Security Measures

• Photos and notes are kept in the app's private internal storage that other apps cannot access.
• Photos are never sent to a server, and no login or account creation is required.
• When launched from the lock screen shortcut, only shooting is possible; the album and settings stay locked.
• Deleting all photos runs only after biometric authentication.
• Photos past their retention period are deleted automatically, so no unnecessary data remains.

10. Your Rights

• You can delete photos and notes individually or all at once, at any time.
• Gallery saving and external sharing happen only when you do them yourself.
• You can set or change the retention period for each shutter.
• Notifications, auto-launch, and the camera permission can be turned off in device settings at any time.
• Usage analytics can be limited with Android privacy settings such as deleting or resetting the advertising ID.
• Uninstalling the app deletes all data stored on the device.

11. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.

12. Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated to reflect changes in app features, applicable laws, or operating policies. Changes will be announced in the app or on the distribution page.
